All product offerings by S.I.C.Cables are considered adult novelty items, intended for use during intimate meetings between consenting adults. Any other use is not condoned and shall not be the responsibility or liability of S.I.C.Cables.
All items currently offered under the S.I.C.Cables, S.I.C.Belts, S.I.C.Clothes or new categories except S.I.C. Locks are hand made and inspected 3 or more times before shipping to end customers. As such, warranty is DOA(Dead on Arrival) only. If you ever recieve a S.I.C. product and suspect it is faulty or may have been damaged in transit, take pictures immediately and send to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the problem and order # and/or tracking number of the shipment, the S.I.C. team will either make a determination based on the pictures or reach out to you for further information, be sure to include your contact information. All reports recieved with 72 hours of delivery will be investigated, beyond 72 hours, DOA consideration will be on a case by case basis.
S.I.C. Locks have a limited 1-year warranty that does NOT cover excessive wear or overloading(too much load on the hasp), if you suspect your lock has failed under its warranty period, send pictures of it open(if possible), a description of its failure and your contact information to email@example.com, if we determine your lock failed as a warranty issue, we will issue you a discount code for 100% off a replacement set(2 locks), you pay shipping and recieve 2 locks for the 1 that has failed.
Cancellation of orders
Any order may be cancelled within 24 hours, so long as shipping has not yet been confirmed. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and reason you wish to cancel and we will handle the rest.
No order may be cancelled once shipping has been confirmed, if you wish to cancel but 24 hours has passed or shipping has been confirmed, email email@example.com with order # and or tracking # and reason you wish to cancel. If the product has not left our facility, we will cancel the shipment and refund the amounts paid, less shipping and handling costs. If it has already left the facility, we will initiate the RMA process, simply wait for the package to arrive, then write your RMA # several time on the outside of the package and return ship it to us, we will refund(unopened package with untouched product), the full amount less shipping and handling and a restocking fee(5-10% based on value).
Liability for Activities undertaken
As the end user, you are the only one capable of deciding how to use the products, your use of S.I.C. products is on you. S.I.C. Cables accepts no liability for any damages caused by your use, or misuse of our products. Inspect each and every time you finish using them, if you suspect a failure of any sort, take pictures, send them to firstname.lastname@example.org for advice on repair, then DO NOT USE THEM until the issue has been resolved.
If you suspect you deserve a refund of some sort, contact us through email@example.com and plead your case. We do not normally issue any form of refund without return of the products in question(except S.I.C.Locks), or proof of destruction. Asking your card issuer for a chargeback is a form of fraud in many cases and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law anyone who defrauds our business.
On rare occasions when we issue discount codes, they are one use codes. If you decide to post them on some form of social media, share with a friend or otherwise give away your discount code, we will not reissue.
